Financial advice for renewable hydrogen projects at Financial Service Assistance (FSA)

New FSA progress in line with the strengthening of investments in the region.

Financial Service Assistance (FSA) is a unique free financial advisory initiative in Chile, designed to strengthen the development of projects in the renewable hydrogen value chain. Through a specialized digital platform, FSA serves as a bridge between developers and investors, providing strategic guidance tailored to the needs of each project, with the objective of mobilizing investment and strengthening the sector’s financial ecosystem.

As of March 2025, Financial Service Assistance (FSA) begins a new phase in its mission to support the development of renewable hydrogen projects and their derivatives. With the support of an international financial consultancy, a specialized advisory process is being launched for the first projects that have passed the initial phases and require financial support to advance in their structuring and bankability.

The FSA seeks to generate a tangible impact on the renewable hydrogen industry through the following objectives:

  • Facilitate access to financing, through a structured evaluation that reinforces the confidence of investors and financial institutions.
  • Ensure the financial viability of projects through expert advice and strategies aligned with international standards.
  • Optimize the presentation of projects, improving their competitiveness and reducing barriers in the process of obtaining resources.
  • Contribute to the development of a solid financial ecosystem, establishing replicable methodologies for the future growth of the sector.

Since its official launch in January 2024, Financial Service Assistance has evolved as a strategic tool for the financial structuring of renewable hydrogen projects in Chile. During the year, several initiatives have been developed to strengthen interaction with industry players, improve access to financial advice and optimize the digital platform.

  • January 2024: Official launch of the FSA with the participation of more than 70 companies, presenting the objectives and methodology of the initiative.
  • May 2024: Enabling the FSA Web Platform, consolidating it as a key tool in financial advisory management.
  • September 2024: Second FSA Progress Webinar, where improvements to the platform and key learnings on its implementation were presented.
  • November 2024: Recognition of the FSA in the PTX-Lab Webinar, highlighting it as a strategic tool to reduce financial barriers and improve the bankability of projects.

If your project is ready for the next level, access the FSA platform and participate in this process to receive strategic guidance and strengthen your access to investment.
