The Energy Partnership Project, executed by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Chile, is looking for an intern to join its team to support its activities in Chile and Uruguay.
Profile:
- Senior student in the field of electrical, mechanical, industrial and/or environmental engineering, or alternative social communications, international relations, with experience in extracurricular activities related to energy and/or climate change issues.
- Experience in technical event management (seminars, workshops) desirable.
- Proven management in Microsoft 365
- Desirable handling with AI programs, Chat gpt, among others.
- Desirable to be able to use design software such as Canva.
Responsibilities:
- Support the organization and management of events of the Chile-Germany and Uruguay-Germany Energy Partnerships.
- Gather information on the web about specific content supporting energy issues.
- Support the preparation, publication and dissemination of technical studies on various energy topics.
- Drafting meeting protocols, minutes and other instruments for monitoring activities.
- Support content design in communications with counterparts, infographics, social media, etc.
- Collaborate with content generation and website monitoring.
Practice period:
Up to 6 months, beginning March 15, 2025.
Place of work:
Santiago, Chile. Optional up to two days of telework per week (in accordance with GIZ Conosur guidelines).
